End User Licence Agreement / Terms of Use
What this document covers
SquareTrack is a private, internal practice-management application built for and used exclusively by Squareback Planning Pty Ltd, a Victorian town planning consultancy. It is not sold, licensed, distributed, or made available to any other business or member of the public. It has exactly one user: Jason Barnfather, director of Squareback Planning.
This document exists because a third-party integration SquareTrack connects to (QuickBooks Online) requires an End User Licence Agreement URL as part of its application registration process, even for a private, single-company integration. It is not a consumer software licence.
Ownership and use
SquareTrack is the property of Squareback Planning Pty Ltd. It is used solely to manage Squareback Planning's own town planning practice - projects, client and referrer contacts, fee proposals, correspondence, statutory dates, and related business records. No warranty, express or implied, is made regarding SquareTrack's fitness for any purpose beyond this internal use.
No third-party distribution
SquareTrack is not published on any application marketplace (including the QuickBooks App Store) and is not intended to be installed, accessed or used by any business other than Squareback Planning Pty Ltd, or by anyone other than its authorised staff.
Third-party services
SquareTrack connects to the following third-party services, each under Squareback Planning's own account with that service:
- Microsoft 365 / Outlook (via Microsoft Graph) - reading and sending email from Jason's own Squareback Planning mailbox.
- SignWell - electronic signature collection for fee proposals sent to prospective clients.
- QuickBooks Online - accounting/customer record integration, connected directly by Jason to his own Squareback Planning QuickBooks company.
Use of each service remains subject to that service's own terms, entered into directly by Squareback Planning / Jason Barnfather.
Changes
This document may be revised as SquareTrack's functionality changes. As an internal document for a single-user application, no separate notice process applies.
